Our Process
- We personally listen to your thoughts and ideas for your dream home, your thoughts on design and your budget goals.
- We meet with our custom architects to relay your goals for your new home and how they can develop specifics to meet your needs.
- You will review the floor plans, design inspirations and budget amounts. Once you approve, sign your name to the contract and we are on our way to creating your new home.
- As building begins, Ashley Doliboa can meet with you to discuss interior design as well as accompany you to visit suppliers to help advise and select the best plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring and tile, kitchen cabinets and countertops, doors, trims and appliances that will be the best fit for you.

Ashley Doliboa has an eye for design and shares her expertise by accompanying you as you shop for flooring, plumbing fixtures, and other finishing touches. The process of finalizing all the details can be challenging for many first time homeowners, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed with all the options available. Ashley is there to make that part of the process easy and enjoyable for our customers who appreciate a little extra guidance. |
